14 DAYS prior to annual renewal we will contact you to inform you that renewal is imminent, and requesting PAYMENT for the next year.
IF RENEWAL has not occurred, the FlipBook will be REMOVED. Any access links will be removed.
IF subsequently you wish to RE-INSTATE the content, a surcharge equivalent to 30% of the Annual Fee will be applied, in order to cover the extra admin involved in re-instating your content whilst preserving existing access URL's.
